Reservation policy:

Deposit of 50% of total reservation in advance by MC or VISA. Balance is due upon arrival. Advance payment in full for 1 night stay.

Cancellation policy

ANY cancellation is subject to a $10 fee per night for each accommodation reserved. The balance will be refunded if cancellation is made prior to:

• 7 days of arrival for 1 room reserved in the Lodge or Motel for 1- 3 nights
• 14 days of arrival for 4 or more nights reserved in the Lodge or Motel
• 14 days of arrival for 2 or more rooms reserved in Lodge or Motel
• 14 days of arrival for the Lodge Suite
• 14 days of arrival for 1-3 nights reserved in the Log Cabin,
• 30 days of arrival for 4 or more nights reserved in the Log Cabin

If you cancel your reservation for ANY reason within the specified time parameter, you forfeit your deposit. IF THE RESERVATION IS MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF ARRIVAL, THE DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE. IF YOU CANCEL WITHIN 3 DAYS OF YOUR RESERVATION, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE ENTIRE RESERVATION. No refund will be granted for a late arrival or early departure. If you shorten your length of stay after your arrival, you are still responsible for your entire original reservation.

Enjoy a stay with us at the Trollhaugen Lodge in either our Motel, B&B Inn or Log Cabin! The one fish boil dinner for two persons is at the Old Post Office restaurant in Ephraim. The 30-minute boat cruise to Washington Island is on the Island Clipper and the 90-minute tour of the Island is on the Viking Tram.
