The Anchors Aweigh Inn is located in Gills Rock at the quieter northern tip of the Door peninsula. The property is situated approximately 300 feet from a small marina and boat launch. Its location on Green Bay is in one of the prime salmon and bass fishing areas of northern Door County. There is ample room on the property to park a boat and trailer, or arrangements can normally be made at the marina to leave the boat in the water.

The property is also within walking distance of the Washington Island Ferry, charter fishing and sightseeing boat charters, as well as the Shoreline Restaurant and Voight's Smoked Fish House (the best in the County). The Anchors Aweigh Inn is 2 miles from Newport State Park (with one of the nicest sand beaches in the County).

In the evening, walk down to the waterfront and catch a beautiful Door County sunset. If you are looking for night life, the other villages are only a short drive away.

The Home

This modern home with its two bedrooms + den and two full baths has a large fully furnished and equipped kitchen with adjacent dining area. The home also has a woodburning fireplace. A charcoal grill is also provided.

The home will sleep six persons. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a full bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The den will sleep two on a sofa sleeper. Bed linens are provided, but you must provide your own towels. A starter set up of paper towels, dishwasher soap and toilet paper is also provided. The home is equipped with central air conditioning, and satellite TV with DVD player, No phone.

Not suitable for children under eight years old.

No Smoking. Up to 2 Well-behaved dogs are allowed in the Home. Fee and pet rules apply.

May - October weekly only, Saturday check-in, $875/week up to four persons, $75 each additional person up to two maximum, plus 11% sales/room taxes. A 35% non-refundable deposit is required within seven days to secure the rental. Payment by check only with credit card guarantee. Cancellation must be received 30 days prior to arrival in order to receive refund of payment, less non-refundable deposit.

The Apartment

This large, modern, second-floor one-bedroom unit has a partial water view and offers skylights in the fully furnished and equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa sleeper, a bedroom with one double bed and one twin bed, a full bathroom, hairdryer, iron, satellite TV with DVD player, and air conditioning. Bed linens are provided but you must provide your own towels. A starter setup of paper towels, dishwashing soap and toilet paper is also provided. No phone.

Not suitable for children under eight years old.

No Smoking. A well-behaved dog is allowed in the Apartment. Fee and pet rules apply.

May - October - $575/week + 11% sales/room taxes.
$125/night double occupancy (3-night minimum based on availability); $10/night each additional person up to two maximum, plus taxes.

The Two Motel Rooms

The two standard, modern motel rooms offer two double beds in each room, a full bathroom and vanity area, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, hairdryer, air conditioning and standard TV. No phone.

No Smoking. No Pets.

May through October – $55-$80/night (depending on time of season).
